Hardtop goes down, but won't come up

Hardtop goes down, but won't come up

The top will not come up! Has to be done manually. No problems retracting. After lifted manually & car sits for a while, am able to get back windows up. Any ideas?

Get roof switches in A pillars check, also rear boot one.
