New Member.... Good Price or Bad Decision?
Hello,
My name is Russell and I'm a new member. My wife wants a Mercedes SLK350. I found a NEW 2007 with 6 miles. The car has never been registered and it's not a demo car. The sticker price is $52,295 with the premium 1 package and lighting package. The dealer will take $39,900 for the car with a 4 year 50k mile warranty. I've never purchased a NEW car that is 2 years old. All opinions will be appreciated.
Thanks for listening!

RE: New Member.... Good Price or Bad Decision?
I have a good friend that just purchased an 07 slk, low mileage, for under 20k!!! Those kind of deals don't abound but they are out there. This is for real. The dealers are known to make up the difference on the repairs once they go out from under warranty...that's why they are called stealers. Good luck! If it were me, I'dtake the money and buy anything but an SLK. I have one andI know. Just look at the forum a little and it should make you shy away.
