Hi folks,

Do any of you have genuine MB mudflaps fitted to your SLK's. I ordered up a set and they state they will not fit to cars with the wide rear tyre moulding. I realise this is the thin strip on the rear bumper/fender as it interferes with the fitting. The fronts went on O.K. Do MB make a setmodified for this fitment or do dealers just hack them to make them fit?

Should have got this done before I got the car but oh well, winter's only half way through sofar.....

 

They used to.
My SLK 320 has them and they are designed to fit on top of the wide wheel trim.
