I have a skish skish sound coming from my rear brakes. I pulled the wheel & the rotor had a spot about 1/2 inch in fromt he center where something's been dragging. Any cluse??

 

the brake pad got a small metal on the side which touches the rotor if the minimum thickness is reached.
isn't that one touching?
it's an audible indicator just in case the sensor fails.

if you have recently replaced the wheel or bolt, then it might be too long and touching the brake shoe mechanism inside.
