and very excited about it! But, I took it for a 40 mile drive today, and the engine temp went up; not over heating temp but too close for comfort. Do these engines run at hi temp normally? And at about 80 MPH the engine was at about 3500 RPM. Is that normal? The roof was down and there was too much noise for me to tell by the sound of the engine, but I would have thought that an 8 cyl engine would run at less RPM doing 80. My fear is, transmission was not shifting all the way up and so my reving up the engine caused it to nearly over heat Temp on freeway was stuck at about 230 (little bit below the top line) for quite some time though, say 25 minutes of driving and never went higher. Does anyone of you guys with more exp have any insights you'd like to share? Thanks all.

it's a nice car but you need to dig deeper in your pocket now because it has many problems.
