I put about 1/2 cup of power stearing fluid into the brake reservoir by mistake.
Drove around for 3 days until my buddy told me of my mistake. I then had it drained out by a brake guy. What could I expect if he didn't get it all out?
He said I could face a complete brake line replacement if any remained.

 

my understanding is that it would have been worse if you put the brake fluid in the power steering reservoir.

still not good.
