Had to get my car towed and the tower guy pushed in the left side tab beneath the light. It's only pushed on one side (he was a dork and thought the hook to tow it was there.) It's only pushed in one side... what's the best way to fix it? is there a way to push back out from the inside? You can see the spot I'm talking about circled in this pic...

Thats the headlight washer. Cover should open when lights on and you wash. May help you to see whats wrong?
