if you have an issue with your r129 headrest, you can hear it run but nothing happens. odds are the gears in the top of the seat belt and headrest height adjuster. I paid $26 for the gears instead of $375 for the adjuster. it is a bit time consuming to remove adjuster and repair because you have to take the seat apart. I will say the components on the 129 are a far better quality than on the r230. the r230 is clever but cheap.
