Bought some new sheepskins, but need to remove the headrest to install them--anyone have a clue how to release the headrests so this seemingly simple job can be completed? Thanks!

 

tilt the backrest forward,raise headrest as far up as possible,then just pull off,they will come right out.

 

I tried what you said, but no luck? I tried it two ways, (i) moved the backrest of the front seat forward using the release mechanism then raised the headrest but would not come out. Then I returned the seat and used the seat adjustment to move the backrest as far forward as possible and then raised the headrest--same result--the headrest did not come out??? Any other suggestions...thanks!

 

you have to pull hard from side to side,thats how mine came out after tilting forward,in order to install my sheepskins
