Hard down shift

Default Hard down shift
When the trany down shifts from 2nd to 1st gear a clunking sounds occurs. It does not occur when up shifting. I have a '85 380 SL.

Default Hard down shifts
Found the problem. The vacuum hose on the trany worked loose. I replaced the 2" long rubber hose with a new piece.
