I just bought a 2003 SL 500. Both doors have the potential for the key card opening system -- except:
The little black rubbery button to push on both doors has gone missing!


Short of buying new door handles complete - for about $350 each! - does anyone know where I might find just the right parts to fix them? Or does anyone know where I could send them to be fixed by someone who knows what he's doing?


I want to fix all the little defects and call it "perfect". This one has me stumped -- short of spending $700+. At least the dealer didn't want me to buy the doors too....
