My husband bought a 2002 SL500 that doesn't have a cd changer. For $50 Mercedes dealer checked car and said that it was changer ready. Dealer wants $700 for changer; ebay has a couple listed but I don't know what the part number is. Does anyone out there know what it is? Is it hard to install? Thanks for any help you can give me.

 

easy... i have an extra cd changer, you get the fiber optic lines (2) from the dealer (about $26 for both) or so, you need the connectors(plugs which go into the head unit and cd changer) and now you have cd music... george
