Vehicle is not driven so periodically when I try to start, battery always dead... jump it then OK. Last time vehicle sat for some time, roadside jumped it and we tried to start it over & over, fuel low so went to get 10 gals and purchased new battery, still won't start-it IS turning over fast/properly. Acts like the security sys ON but it is NOT (tested that-flashing lights in rearview mirror)... no smell of fuel under hood-acts like it is fuel starved. Help
