Default 91 560 sel fuel prob?

Hello ladies and gents I have the above mentioned model with 145k mi.. My symptoms started with hard starting and when I did get it started in would run rough and hesitate and stumble..and this eventually grew into not going more than 10mph if I got it started at all..I have checked and or replaced eha, ovp(replaced), fuel filter(replaced), fuel pumps, fuel distributor(replaced with used one) fuel accumulator , coil(replaced with used), plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, air filter, changed oil and oil filter.. checked fuel lines to the engine.. have not checked return lines, after replacing the fuel dist and coil and ovp the car started and ran like a scalded dog for about 10 mins and started the same thing..My local tech 50 mi away thinks I have rust in the fuel cause everything else works great, the town I live in is notorious for poor gas quality water and debris..Im only the second owner and the car has been in this town its entire life..

check the fuel pressure, upper and lower chamber.

check the vacuum leak by using the vacuum gauge and see how the gauge behave. it can tell you many things such as ignition too early, ignition too late, valve leak, vacuum leak, valve timing, etc.
