just bought a 1980 280 sl for 3,000 and dont know what its worth?! has good paint and body. interior is good but upholstery shop says its vw interior. rims are aftermarket and old! runs fine but is sluggish on take off--cruises good at higher speeds! original 3 vents in center consolde have been replaced with guages but look good! visors dont move good! original becker stereo is gone and replaced with new sony unfortunat. any tips or advice and comments on its value on market!
