Default W220 4matic lower control arm parts

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I have an issue with my lower control arm. My car did not pass safety inspection due to torn bushings. I have replaced the bushings and ball joint, but now my repair center is telling me the small ball joint at the base of the air spring is bad, thus a replacement control arm. My question. Is there a source for the center ball joint that connects to the bottom of the air spring? I have searched the forum and internet without success. I also have the alldatadiy service and cannot find it there. Help sourcing this part would be great.
Thank you,
First time poster,
John

Ladies and Gentlemen:
After intensive searching I was not successful in finding a solution to the bad ball joint at the base of the air spring. I also was backed into getting the car back on the road. Both lower control arms are now replaced and an alignment. I hope I am good to go for a while.
Thank you,
John Hoffman

But it is not enough safety you need to fix it before using and ask for more technical opinion with the car expert to give you more proper advises
