So i bought a 02 s430 a few months ago , all is good however my previous car's alarm when set the horn would honk and lights flash. on this 430 the lights flash but no horn honk , I usually have a lot of cocain in the car so as i set the alarm i dont immediately walk away from the car , i stand there and wait for the lights to flash 3xs. My question is there a way to set the factory alarm as to where the horn will maybe honk once just to let you know everything is safe and secure?

i was messing around , i cant afford cocain.

 

most likely the alarm horn/siren is bad. very common issue.
Behind the LF wheel. in the wheel well liner. If you hold the Panic button, the horn and lights should sound.

 

yes the horn does work , when the alarm goes off , I would like the horn to honk when i set the alarm. is that part possible? when the alarm does go off the horn does activate. i just want it to also activate when setting the alarm.
