air conditioner diagnosis

can someone diagnose my air conditioner? the compresor kicks on but the fan does not blow. the fuse is fine.

Déja vous. Check the Fan Regulator, it is known to go bad.

the regulator looks similar to the one posted on this link. Have your mechanic look at it. it is called an AC-Heather Blower regulator.
