Default '95 A/C - tough problem!

Thanks for the help in previous posts. I replaced the compressor, dryer, expansion valve and pressure sensor on my '95 S320. All pressures are good at their corresponding ambient temperatures, & the correct amount of refrigerant is in the thing. Replacing the pressure sensor eliminated the diagnostic errors I was originally getting. I now get no errors BUT the compressor still runs a few seconds, kicks off and starts again a few minutes later, runs for a few seconds, kicks off.....over and over. Also, when I "hot wire" the compressor to fill up and test pressures, the air blowing into the car is not cold, a drop of only a few degrees. Any ideas?

try crimping the hose on the duo valve (heater valve).

if the hot water continously flow when you are not suppose to need them, you can't get a good cold air.
