I need help!! I am quite new to mercedes but I have definetly caught the bug And once I saw my first 500Sel I knew that was the car I wanted.

But.... I have seen around 5 now and they have varied in price from £600 - £2000 but the quality has not been great, usually alot of rust or swimming pools in the boot (Trunk).

I have come across this car not too far from me and have been talking to the owner, who is an elderly man who has owned this car for 5 years. Here are the details-

I have beat him down from £3000 to £2400, Do you guys think this is a good price for a car with this miles? I would really appreciate your advice on this, Thanks.
