I'm wondering if or when the 2013 S-class is released, since I can't seem to find any confirmation from any website. And all the pictures that I've looked up are disguised pictures. To add to the confusion, I emailed mercedes support and they told me it was released in July apparently. This doesn't make any sense, their website says something about the 2013 model but shows a picture of the 2012 model, so all of this makes absolutely no sense at all. Is it released yet or not?

The 2013 S Class is out and it is still a 221 chassis. We have a couple at our store now. The 2014 S Class will be the new body style and will be a 222 chassis. The 222 will launch in Germany this fall and will probably hit the states anywhere from April to July next year, depending on when MBUSA start bringing them in. MB usually changes to completly new car/chassis after 7 model years of production, so 2007-2013 is 7 years.
