I've had a kia for 2 years and have had zero problems with it, so I think you're flat out wrong. I can't say the same thing about two of my friends that have mercedes cars, and they've only had theirs for a few months.

Default Hard to say

I've had two Hyundai's (2001 and 2002 models) and and my wife had an older model from the 90's..both were terrible vehicles, so personally I would never touch another one. OTOH, I know a couple of people that just love their Hyundai's and who knows, maybe the newer models are better vehicles..

As for the MB, yes, the insurance will be sky high and it needs to be a well maintained vehicle.. Plus, your budget needs to be able to handle the MB.

Personally I would take the MB *ANY* day over the Hyundai.

Best of luck!

Those are over a decade old, so that's no surprise. There must be a reason why the sonata is one of the most common cars I see on the road.

Apologies, I should clarify that they were not even decent vehicles right from the start. Again, newer models may have more significant quality but I have no idea.
