I was told by the dealer I can order a 2012 through May. But after that they are only making 2013's. I figure I can get a better deal on the 2012 and since I was told Mercedes made their "big" changes to the ML with the 2012 model expected changes to the 2013 shouldn't be much different. One guy on Yahoo Answers mentioned that maybe the big change will come in 2014?

All that said, I have a 9 month old baby with our 2nd coming in Oct and am currently in a VW Jetta. With 2 child seats we need an SUV. I test drove the GL and ML but decided for me it was best to go with the ML then up to the GL later if I so choose. (going from driving a Jetta for the past 8 yrs to a GL is a HUGE difference for little ol'me

Anyhoo, all that said I'd love to hear opinions on whether I should get the 2012 or wait for the 2013
