Default 1999 S420 Fusable link
Can anyone tell if the 1999 has a fusable link between the alternator and battery. If there is one where is it located? I made the mistake of giving someone a boost and now the battery light is on and the battery isn't charging.

please check your alternator... im afraid your alternator is giving you the problems. if the volt goes down less than 12v-14v. then your alternator is faulty

update us on your finding
