Hi 1Phatcar,

this has to do with your power window wiring located on the middle where your switches are.

update us with your findings

or try this to reset ...

How to Sync Mercedes Power Windows.

Bring down both windows at the same time by holding the switches just before the click that brings them down automatically.

Once both windows are all the way down make both switches click by pressing them all the way down. Hold the position to the count of 3.
'Note:This lets the ECU learn that that is the end of the window track and it records it in memory.
Repeat the procedure closing the windows by holding both switches and making them click once the windows are all the way up.
Repeat Procedure with the front windows.
Bring Moon Roof all the back and hold then all the way forward and hold.

I'm very glad you assisted me in fixing this problem because to put your windows up and to come back out side and to see them down is not assuring ,,, not to mention raining. etc. I did the procedure and so far yesterday , the windows stayed up... but what makes the window get unsync

im not sure but maybe after replacing new battery but didnt know it needed the reset.. or accidentally remove the battery terminal ..

common to me when a mechanic replace a battery or disconnect a battery terminal.
