Default 126 sel to sdl conversion...

so how difficult would this be? what do i have to change besides the engine itself? fuel delivery? fuel tank? pcm? transmission?

want to convert 84 500sel (117 engine) to either 5 or 6 cylinder turbodiesel. would this be cost effective at all?

the engine didn't start yet?

117 is a good engine with plenty of power.

why not just fix it?

the 117 is one of if not the best engine to have. Either way an engine swap, might as well get a diesel whole.
But if you do the swap anyways, go with the six.
