Default W164 ML320 CDi LIMP MODE?

some years back, my W164, 320 Cdi had the LIMP mode activated because of the DPF not re-generating itself. I went for the DPF delete procedure by getting the contents of the DPF cleaned out and a new software installed which would bypass the DPF so the issue never arises again.

Although the ecu tech removed the DPF light from dash, the revs still wont go over the 3k rpm mark in gears ( suggesting that th car is still in LIMP mode )

I recently purchased an AUTOM CDP+ tool to dig a bit deeper into the issue myself as numberous visits to other techies with STAR diagnostic tool has not revealed anything and no fault codes show up on the machine.

a new guy I spoke to suggested that the people who removed the DPF may not have done the job properly, many forums I visited suggest that it could be a faulty MAF.

can someone please look at some of the data I have collected using the autocom tool and see if they spot anything wrong... any help much appreciated.

I had the contents of the DPF box completely removed before the software programming side was carried out.

content of soot in filter shows as 0g and exhaust back pressure at idle is 1.14 BAR and at 3k rpm its 2.72 BAR

the 300% value for the soot load is a concern but I had this other page showing on the autocom which shows all is OK ( inc the particulate filter ). I can disconnect the dpf pipe section but I doubt this will make a difference as the filter box is completely empty.

yeh I'll investigate this further.. I've had the vehicle on STAR quite a few times but I guess the techies were just looking to erase any fault codes which may have appeared but there were always none connected to the DPF.
