Having problems removing door panel. I already riped the leather trying to remove the door clips. Any help would be welcomed.

 

There are a couple of torx-headed screws holding the Armrest, visible from underneath. once these are removed, it's just a case of prising the panel off from the bottom with something wide like a Wallpaper scraper.

Then it will hang from the hooks at the top, just lift it upwards..
