Finally after looking at plenty of ML's I picked up a black ML320 yesterday with just shy of 120,000 miles. It is the sport model but does have a few problems.

1. The front ash tray is stuck and I can't get it open and don't want to damage the woodgrain. I e put a hook and was able to get it out, but something is preventing it from working, it gets stuck when I push it back in. The ask tray in the rear i cannot get it to come out.

2. The drivers side door does not lock or unlock with the remote or door lock switch.

3. The flip down monitor does not come on. It has a vcp or vcr that was unplugged. Even with the remote, no light comes on. I am wondering if there is a upgrade dvd player from MB that is a direct replacement?

4. It has a cassette with a 6 disc changer in the back, is there a upgrade indash dvd mp3 plug and play available?

Lastly it did not have the third row seat. I drove 2 1/2 and bought a set that was on craigslist in perfect condition and even had an additional headrest for $350. Now I need the install instructions and I need to get the brackets and additional hardware.

Anyone that has input on these items i would appreciate it.
