Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a p/s pump rebuild kit available for the 2000 ml430?Dealer or otherwise. If not where is the best place to buy a uesd pump,or is this a bad idea?

What's wrong with the pump? Are you sure it's not a hose?

Its usually the o-ring between the pump and reservior that leaks. I did have one the other day that did have a leaking pump. The dealer doesnt sell a rebuild kit. I think the pump was around $700

I had problems with a couple of the non presurised hoses on our ml430, then finally found another leak that was bad. there is a resevour with 2 round flat bolts look like 1" washers with a strange head on them, they were both loose and leakin fluid. it is located behind the axel on driver side on the opposite side that the hoses bolt on to. not sure what it is, but is sure cost me alot of fluid.
