Hello, I have run into an issue with my 2000 ML320. This is a one owner car with ~240k miles and has been extremely well maintained. I have had a couple of occasions where I drive the car, put the car into park and then stop the motor. I notice that the car will not using the key fob, then the car does not restart. The only lights I see are the dash are the SRS and Airbag off indicators. None of the other indicators light up on the dash.

I changed the key fob batteries and tried the resync process, but that did not fix the issue. I had to get the car towed back to my house. The car battery has been replaced, any thoughts on what could be going on?
