Hi All,
The key/fob that came with for my '98 ML320 will not let the engine run. It will lock & unlock the doors & it will start the engine, but it dies right away. The replacement key/fob I got from the dealer ($$$) still works fine.
The local independent repair shop said the chip in the fob is bad.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a common thing?
What are my options?
