Just got a 2013 ML350 2WD, and drive about 25K a year and will keep the car 5-7 years. That means my factory warranty will be over in 2 years, with that said, would you pay for the extended warranty? Mercedes quoted me $2999 for 5 years or 100K miles and $3849 for 5 years or 125K miles. Seems very expensive for the additional 50 or 75K miles. Are there other companies that are less but will stand behind the warranty?

Not worth it, not all Mercedes dealers take other then their own sold warranty. My friend who deal with hi end cars said is not cost effective, save ur money and if soothing does go wrong it wold be cheaper to paid out of pocket, with Mercz u will be 98% safer than any other car unless it wbas made in the us,sorry but sad to say reputation runs lw.
