Default Door Locks

Can anyone Help, My ML500 door locks are out of sync. the left door is always opposite the remaining locks, The key fob works intermittintly. Doors again intermittintly lock or unlock several times while accellerating. Anybody have any Ideas ? I would hate to sit there and pay the bill at a dealer while he sorts it out. Is there a way to bypass the system? I can not lock the car and this is getting very irratating.

This is a very common problem..... The door that is the opposite of the others is the faulty one. Its the door latch that is faulty. There is a micro switch in the latch that goes bad. The car doesnt know if the door is locked. I have a Brand New driver door latch in its original box. First $100 plus shipping takes it. You have to remove the door panel and outter door handle to remove the latch..
