When I drive at low speeds, and more so when I am making a turn, I notice a low roaring sound coming from the front of my car. Someone told me that I probably needed my ball joints replaced. Can anyone please comment on this?

they make a clunk sound over bumps like something in the front end is loose. they can groan when turning but thats not common on an ML . ball joints are common to go on MLs but not for groaning, but for excess play and noise over bumps.

 

Hey Chassis...Thank you for the input! I guess I have another problem, because I dont get the clunk noise going on in the frontend.
