Default Window Regulator

I am new here with a 1996 E320. The pass. side rear door window regulator went out. I have been looking to buy a new one and doing the change out myself.I have seen the prices all over the place for these. The higher prices are for the OEM replacement and the lower prices are for after market.I would like to get an idea on which one is better or does it make a difference - OEM versus aftermarket?

I appreciate the help.

I say OE since I bought an aftermarket regulator once and did not last six months (cheap plastic that held the window itself broke).
