Wheels won’t fit bc it’s hitting on my calipers

Hi guys I’m new here. So I have a 2010 Mercedes e550 4matic I bought some wheels but their too small and won’t fit bc their hitting the caliper’s in front can wheel spacers fix that?

Spacers should do the trick for you.
