Default Transmission Slipping in Reverse

The transmission in my '95 E320 takes longer and longer to engage in reverse. Forward gears appear to be working fine.

Is this a sign of a transmission needing a rebuild or replacement? If so, what are the options and costs?

Thank you,

Deano

Default RE: Transmission Slipping in Reverse

it's just the reverse clutch disk on the front part of the transmission thats worn out and needs replacement.
