SRS light comes on when i have a passenger
2001 E320 : 75K miles
My SRS light comes on and off when someone sits in the front passenger
side. Is this a common problem ? any easy solution to this problem.
please help !

Passenger seat occupancy sensor
check wires to the seat to be sure not pinched,they are fully plugged in etc.
If that does not solve it follow diy on w210 diy section to replace.
Since it is sporatic I would start looking for the frayed wire and repair it.
