The driver's seat on my 97 E320 got this squeak coming from the lower seat back when shifting weight from side to side which occurs during a turn. When it was new and under warranty the seat frame or rail was replaced but the squeak came back after about a year, so paying the dealer big bucks to do some thing now that it is out of warranty does not seem like a smart thing to do.Does any one have a recommended fix for this?

 

get some leather cleaner and spray around the areas where the seat material meets the plastic paneling around the seat. work it in there and that should take care of it for a good amount of time.
