Default Spark Plug Boot Cover Removal

I need to know hot to remove the metal boot cover and boot on the spark plugs on my 2003 E320. I also would appreciate advice on the best procedure for replacing the spark plugs for this vehicle? Is it neccessary to remove the coil pack or not. I am confused.

Go on ebay. Do a search for "Mercedes wire wrench". It's a 17mm (I think) combo wrench that is offset. Take the coil off, and use the wrench to pry up and use the valve cover as the prypoint.
