Hello all,

Recently purchased a 95 e300d, only owned by 2 owners (engineers) and thought I did my due diligence for purchasing, but perhaps not...

The car has driven fine for 3 weeks, battery died last week, replaced, worked fine again. I saw the coolant light going on and off from time to time since then, but nothing major.

Just tonight, drove home from work (no issues whatsoever) and then when I went to take the car out again, it will start just fine, but as soon as I start the car the dash lights go nuts, flickering on/off and the steering wheel does not have regular movement, feels almost like the power steering is out (I checked the power steering fluid, it's fine...dark brown/nasty, but it's at a sufficient level)
