Oil capacity question for 300TE and 300CE

Oil capacity question for 300TE and 300CE
I have a 1989 300TE and 1990 300CE-24.
The 300TE has 103 motor and 300CE has 104 motor.
Can someone tell me the exact oil capacity for the 300TE
which accordingly my owners manual says 6.3 quarts, but
my dipstick shows oil to be on the lower mark.
The 300CE, says to be 7 quarts and I think MB revised it
and am not sure what it is. I have to add like 7.3 quarts
to show it to be full.
