make your E Class accelerate as soon as you push the gas
Phoned Mercedes and they informedme that my Mercedes E300DT 1998 has throttle position sensor rather then biwire. Does it mean it will not work?
What can I do as currently my car takes a second or two to start accelerating?

One other question. Wen you push the throttle all the way down do you push it down into that little "grove" thing thats behind the petal? I dont know the name so try please bear with me here.

I once read (before owning my car) that there was a way to completely disable the traction control something like a built in dino testing setup. Do you know of the procedure to do this? I obviously know of the button on the dash, but as you know it doesn't completely disable the whole system.
BTW driving a '02 E320

Performance models have the dyno mode.320 you need to disconnect the abs module, not a good idea, triggers warnings and you really do't gain much.Stage shallow, ease away and punch it.
Main difference I noticed was off the line. Above 40 or so the difference isn't really noticed. I did like this trick and keep a print-out of how to do it in my glovebox. I think that I'll do it again this weekend. Every now and then you have to shake things up a bit.
