Default Help with engine codes

I have a 2001 E430 (I dont my wife does) 175K miles. On her way home today she noticed the CEL on. I went to Auto Zone for a diagnosis. Three codes came up
P0130,P0150
P0400
I know the 2 codes are about the O2 sensors. I need to know where they are located on the engine . I dont know if they have ever been changed as this is the 1st time the CEL codes have shown up. I have read the procedure to ck what may be wrong with them. Just need their location. Since both codes came up together is that a problem or do they do that when they light up? Does this indicate electrical problem or ?

The P0400 is EGR flow. Dont know its history. Now I do maintain the car and have done so since I biought it . It has not been neglected. I just dont recall if the EGR has been replaced. So, we can assume it hasnt and I should I suppose I need to ck for clogged lines or bad vacuum lines. Correct?
Where is EGR valve on the engine? Or is it closer to the Catalytic converter ?
I would like to fix this myself and I need some guidance to do it. I thank you in advance for any help . If more info is needed just let me know.
