My 94 E320 has encountered a problem. The passenger side front head rest appears to be locked/wedged in the down position. If I hit the down button on the door panel/seat controls you can hear the motor whine a bit. Of course I stop immediately. The recessed button on the back of the seat appears to be a little out of joint when compared to the working one on the driver seat. I have tried pushing the button at the same time as I push the power switch. No luck. Maybe I didn't push hard enough on the back seat button?
Other than this my 94 has only 85,000 miles. Drives like a champ and looks like a million bucks!

I know there are some pretty talented Benz owners out there. I'd love some help. Thanks!!

 

the headrest rail is bad take off the seat back and you will see a white rail(plastic) thats the part you need to replace
