Removing Front Headrest

Can anyone tell me how to remove the front driver's side headrest in a 2007 R-350?

remove the seatback cover- two t20 torx screws. may have active headrest- if so uplug wiring. raise the headrest up to the highest point and pull hard. will come right out.
