i have a e 320 2005 with xenon lights, ,i rpoblem is that when i turn the light on with the car runing the light start to flash and they dondt work well but as soon as i turn the car off the light stop flashing, any ideas?

factory HID or from some cobbled, retrofit kit? still under warranty?
