Distributer Cap
1989 300E
There are three screws that hold on the distributer cap on the front of the engine above the water pump. The top two are easy the get to but the third is underneath the cap that is almost impossible to get to. What is the trick to get to this one? Special tool?
Thanks for the help!

A small 1/4 in drive rachet wrench with your screw bit,use a shop mirror and a good flash light to get it in the hole, just takes some convolutions, like those girls in the circus.

It should be a 5mm allen. I use a 1/4 drive long ball allen. It is a cornwell socket that is about 3-4 in in length. If you use a ball allen, be careful if the screw has been overtightened because the ball can break off. If tight, use a standard non-ball allen
