My mom has a 2000 E320 rwd sedan with 70k miles. Thanks to someone posting a diy oil change on this car, I was able to do the oil change myself instead of going to the dealer. I want to change the coolant and brake fluid, are there any diy's on these procedures with pics? Should any other fluids be changed?

I changed the engine air filter. The dealer changed the cabin filters which I checked. Is there a diy on how to change the fuel filter? Pics are a plus since I've never done any of these procedures before.

I really need to change the brake fluid because there is moisture underneath the brake fluid reservoir cap .
